How it works
The current setup flow connects a Google account, selects the Business Profile and links Telegram. New review alerts can arrive with an AI-drafted response. The user can approve, request another draft or edit the wording. RankReply also describes chat-based profile updates, guided optimisation tasks, posting workflows and on-demand performance insights such as calls, searches, directions and leading keywords. Google approval is still pending, so the product remains in a limited beta stage.
